Items in this category may show cosmetic wear but are fully functional and come with a 12-month warranty unless otherwise noted.
Pricing & Availability
Product prices may vary between online and retail stores. Prices shown are inclusive of 5% VAT unless stated otherwise. While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed for incorrectly priced items, provided the product has not yet been dispatched.

Payment Methods
We accept online payments via credit card and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select products. A processing fee of AED 10 applies to COD. Orders placed with COD will be held for pickup for 3 days before cancellation. Repeated cancellations may result in removal of COD privileges.
You agree to use only credit cards legally owned by you. We are not liable for any fraud. Responsibility lies with the user to prove otherwise.
Return & Refund Policy
We offer free returns within 4 days of delivery. To qualify:

Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
If the product is defective or not as described, we will refund the full amount including shipping charges. Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days upon receipt of returned items.
Fraudulent or Declined Transactions
We reserve the right to recover costs, including legal fees, from any user found engaging in fraudulent activities. Legal action may be taken for any such misuse.
Modifications to Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of the latest version.
"On Demand" Stock Items
Items marked as "On Demand" will be ordered after payment is received. Stock availability is not guaranteed, but we will make every effort to fulfil your order as soon as possible
E-Communications
By using Digitalwalker.online or Digitalwalker.ae, or by communicating with us via email or any digital form, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. All agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Returns & Cancellations
Dead on Arrival (DOA) / Faulty Products
If you receive a defective or faulty item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories. After evaluation, we will issue a replacement or full refund depending on product availability and condition.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 7–14 working days. The refund will be made using the original payment method or store credit, based on your preference.
Warranty Information
Warranty Provided by Distributor/Manufacturer
Warranty is limited to manufacturer defects only.
Not covered under warranty:
Misuse, water/liquid damage, physical damage, tampering, or virus infection
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Out-of-warranty repairs and deliveries will incur additional charges.
Devices must be collected within 90 days of repair notification. Unclaimed devices beyond this period may be disposed of at our discretion.
Diagnostic, service, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable.
Once a repair is performed or diagnosis is completed, the product cannot be returned to its original state.
Display of Products
We strive to display product images and specifications as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in device screens and suppliers, actual products may slightly differ in appearance or packaging. We are not liable for minor differences that do not affect functionality.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction

By submitting your device for service or repair, you authorize Digital Walker General Trading LLC technicians to perform the required work. You acknowledge and agree to the following:
Data Loss: We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur during service. Please back up your data before submitting your device.
Service Authorization: You release Digital Walker from liability for any loss, claim, or damage arising from service, repair, or abandonment of items.
Proof of Receipt: Customers must present the original receipt when collecting serviced items.
